All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by The Residence Gallery.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Ticket transfers may be permitted at our discretion.

The Residence Gallery reserves the right to alter, reschedule or cancel events where necessary.
In the event of cancellation by The Residence Gallery, ticket holders will be offered either:
a full refund; or
a transfer to a future event where applicable.
The Residence Gallery is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by participants.

Rehearsal includes gentle physical movement inspired by ballet principles, alongside drawing, observation and discussion.
By booking a place, participants confirm that they are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to take part.
Participants agree to:
Work within their own physical capabilities.
Inform the organiser of any injuries, medical conditions or access requirements prior to the session.
Stop any activity immediately if they experience pain, discomfort, dizziness or fatigue.
Follow any reasonable instructions provided by the facilitator.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, The Residence Gallery shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from participation in its activities.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The Residence Gallery accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
The Residence Gallery aims to create an inclusive, welcoming and respectful environment.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask participants to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, abusive or discriminatory.
No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
Where refreshments are provided, participants must drink responsibly.
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.

Events may occasionally be photographed or documented for archival, promotional or artistic purposes.
Where participants are clearly identifiable, consent will be sought wherever reasonably possible.
If you do not wish to appear in documentation, please notify the organiser before the event begins.

Any personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of events and communications you have opted to receive.
